Great environment! I would call it: Water Redemption Plant Denny

Ghostofmacbeth ( ) posted Sun, 14 November 2004 at 9:46 AM

Looks cool .. There was also a very cool looking piece in yur gallery that I haven't seen released. Circular piece with pipes and wires hanging down over a circular deck connected to a walkway (bad description while still half asleep, sorry)

compiler ( ) posted Sun, 14 November 2004 at 9:51 AM

It looks either like a SciFi prison or a chemical processing unit to me. I'd call it either : "Hal-Katraz" or "Toxic fumes".

What about: Icarus Prime Your creations are always a huge inspiration and they look awesome! :-)

Uhm how about "Level 20"? Simplicity sometimes is the way to go but if not my other suggestion is "The Vats" Because it looks like where you'd brew up something evil wether it be liquid death or mutant dipping goo.

Tilandra ( ) posted Sun, 14 November 2004 at 11:57 AM

I agree... great model. How about "Hatchery #6"? I can totally see throwing a bunch of trout and salmon in there.

philebus ( ) posted Sun, 14 November 2004 at 12:34 PM

Hmmm, does look good. Rather industrial, how about 'Dark Industry'? Great work in anycase, I look forward to see it textured.

spook ( ) posted Sun, 14 November 2004 at 12:59 PM

regardless of the name, i will be waiting eagerly - card in hand.... as for the name, since it is a sub-level of some sort, how about "sub-level 1?"

DPL Reactor for Deep Lower Level reactor... it looks like a nuclear plant cooling area

Hard for me to say exactly what it is. And what people will use it for. So, I'd go for something that (to me) sounds good yet leaves itself open for "interpretation". Meaning, with the word, "Complex" in it. Like "Complex 7" or "Complex Delta" (get to use Greek lettering in this one...wink). Regardless, looking forward to it as always!

Dave-So ( ) posted Sun, 14 November 2004 at 1:05 PM

by the way..should you happen to use my suggestion, please award Level 19 part of it to someone else...I already bought it :)

Toxic Containment Facility? Or... Chemical Processing Unit. Hydrodynamic Storage Center. Hydroelectric Power Plant? Or something mysterious... like "Unit HydraX" or "Access Denied." Great job on this set, I love your creations they're tons of fun to work with. :) - Molly

I like simple sinister names-- like Below Center or Sub Basement 5. Of course the Buckaroo Bonsai Fan in me wants to call it The Pit.;)) Mind you, that would be The Pitt. Awesome model. Emily

Level 6: Aquatic Specimen Containment Area What a great place to do experiments on mutant sharks, mermaids, atlanteans, or other specimens that required fluids (not necessarily H20)... Level 12: Waste Reclamation and Processing Area Nothing better than breakfast with a large glass of filtered urine...Yum! (as I gag and throw up on just the thought...) BTW your stuff rocks!! Keep up the good work...

Power Waste Facility #5 Michael V Smith Memorial Nutrient Processing Center .. could go either way :) very nice points maybe make some of those dangling tube things corrugated? and maybe a big coil of hose? or that could just be textured I suppose

meselfr ( ) posted Sun, 14 November 2004 at 5:48 PM

Even Better...Stephan... Level 21: Aquatic Vehicle Launch Bay Add some Drop down ladders into each "pit" and make the bottoms it's own material zone so that they can be transparent... With the work you did on the speeder bike and other vehicles you could create an add on with a single person sub vehicle...and robot sub device... Mega Cool...

Helgard ( ) posted Sun, 14 November 2004 at 6:12 PM

Stephan, could you add some detail to the floors of the tanks, like hatches that could be used for divers, or to drain the liquid in the tanks. Would increase the usage potential of the model. And like someone mentioned, m,aybe some ladders going down into the tanks.

Phishionizers? (Ph7) That way you get to play with fish, fission, ionization, and phishing expeditions for whatever results from a mad combination of chemicals. I forget which way the Ph numbers have to go for acids-bases, and you'd want to use the number for a base. ;)
