Hi Guys and Ladies Yesterday I purchased the Daz eagle, on the dazsight page showing this item and also in the product's readme file it implies there should be a bald eagle texture supplied with the model. My eagle doesn't seem to have this texture and on the daz websight if you try to click on the link that says 'eagle texture' you get a warning 'no such page exists' I've emailed Daz but up to now have not had a reply. I need to get this sorted urgently so can any of you kind people tell me, should I have the texture? OR where can I get one? There is a template supplied but I havn't the time at the moment to make my own texture. Thanks people

But you could try Bloodsongs website, she has made a remap of the DAZ eagle and I think there are some textures available for the remapped version as well.

Check your download page to see if they are a separate download exe. Some of their old content had textures to purchase separately, but most of the old animals now comes with the textures, they just didn't remade the installers.

I purchased the eagle and the textures recently from the PC and I had to pay for both.

Well then I stand correct. Thanks for clearing this I couldn't reach their site to verify.

With "The EAGLE", generation 3, based on Unimesh, you'll also have to pay for a separate morph pack. ;)

Thanks Guy's I'd be only to happy to purchase the texture but when you click on the link it say's that no page exist's, and the eagle model page definately implies that the texture is included. I suppose the ball is now back in Dazs court. I thank you all for your input.

Here's what it says on the Eagle page over at daz.... A majestic creature that can now be yours. Highly detailed and flexible for posing. Features 7 Facial Morphs 2 Full Wing Morphs 1 Tail Morph 5 Poses Wings Do Not Fold Completely in Against the Body It doesn't say that textures are included. It just comes with what is listed. Under "related products", they list the textures for the eagle. I also did not find the old Eagle Textures page. I did find Eagle Remix which has the Bald Eagle texture and the Eagle Expansion pack also contains quite a few textures but I did not see bald eagle.

I have no idea if it is still this way, but when I purchased the Eagle way back in July 2002, I had to purchase the texture map separately. This was the first year of the Platinum Club and I was excited to get the Eagle for 1.99. The Eagle and the Eagle Texture map were $1.99 each. If it helps any, the Eagle file was ps_an007 and the texture was ps_tx011.
