Subject: Vue 4 ESD Install Problem

For anyone who bought the specially-priced downloadable version of Vue 4: How did you install it? I get partially through the installation, then I get an error message asking me to insert the Default CD before continuing. Of course there is no CD since it was a downloadable version. Any ideas? TIA, Mark

Strange I have the same version and the installation was a charm without any error message, maybe it's preferable for you to contact E-on.

I downloaded and it installed just fine also. Definitely contact them... Good luck!

Have you tried to check the online knowledge base at e-on? They probably have the answer in there, and if not, you can still contact a tech person from there. Didn't have any problem eather (bought it four my girlfriend, she's getting addicted :^D ) Best Matt

Thanks. I didn't find the answer in their Knowledgebase, and I am waiting for a reply from them. Oh well.... :-)
