To go along with the thread below I'd like to see what you are interested in topic wise. Stuff like SciFi, Horror, Fantasy, Nature, Movies, Abstract, Photo realistic, Cartoon/Comic, Product Design...whatever. This will help alot when strting new challenges and keeping it interesting. Thanks, GeorgeD

I would probably do any of those... But my favorites are Cartoon/Comic (I'll get to use my new Chicken Character....), Movies, Fantasy, Sci-Fi, and probably Product Design...

I'm into Sci-fi fantasy. Though I have only completed one TS scene so far, some of the other experiments that I worked on were all real world things. Staircases, etc. For the Dec. challange, i am trying to combine some of these elements. We'll see how it works out.

I do mostly superhero stuff - which is, ironically, NOT something I'd want to do as a challenge unless it were something VERY different. My visions of sci-fi are about ten years and $1000 of modelling software beyond what I'm capable of; still I'd be willing to give it a shot, when/if I manage to increase the storage space on my PC at home to allow it! :-) Same goes for "fantasy." I'm not much into doing things based on movies - I'm creating my vision of someone else's vision of a third (or more removed) person's story; just doesn't seem right to me! Working with music can be interesting (I never DID finish THAT challenge). Horror is something I haven't worked with much, except as a periphery to another genre (fantasy/horror, superhero-horror) artistically; I've written some though. A horror challenge might be fun. I lack the talent for photo-realism or the muse for truly abstract work (I just get bored and do SILLY things that ultimately mutate into a confused, murky mess when I try), so I'd have to give those a pass, at least for now. Nature? Could be interesting, but again my talent tends to fall FAR behind my ambition and vision, and I usually wind up scrapping anything along these lines that I attempt...

My main focuses are in Horror, comic, Music definately. I would like to do some product designing, I haven't done that since I was in GD III. I get quite enough sci-fi at work, hehe. It seems to be all we do. But I'd have to say that Photo Realism is a most intriguing idea. Hope this renews this forum. I'd hate to see it die. Voodoo (jason)
