Depending on what your exporting, Bryce 4 will export terrains and lattices by selecting the object and going to File/Export Object, Or you can export Bryce object Presets (.OBP)or Materials(.MAT) and Skies(.BSK) by selecting the preset and clicking export. If your wanting to export a 3D Mesh(.obj,.3ds,.dxf, etc.) select the object and click the "E" next to the model to Edit/Smooth Mesh. When that small window appears hit CTRL+D or COMMAND+D and Save As window opens, choose the format you want and hit save.
Well, what I really want to do is create things more complex than a terrain. For example, I tried to create a booth, such as one might find in a restaurant. No problem creating it out of various shapes, but couldn't export it to Poser. I was not able to select the whole thing to use the routine you gave.
Ravenfeeder ! When you build a 3d-model in Bryce and you want to export it out of Bryce as a - let say - a 3ds-file for use in an other program...Poser or what ever...you cant use FastTraxx method if you have use boolean work or Bryce primatives. If you do that you have a Bryce-model and youll never have anything else. What you have to do is to go to the Bryce free stuff section and download Caligulas exportable primatives and use them for building in Bryce. FastTraxx tip is perfect if you import a non-Bryce-file into Bryce and want to export it out again in its original file-format.

I'd like to create 3D figures in Bryce and export them as 3D figures to Poser. I can go the other way by exporting 'obj' files from Poser and importing them into Bryce, but can't find a way to go Bryce to Poser. I'm told there's an unsupported export feature in Bryce. Anyone know how to do this?
