The 8 engines are a single cube and cone each. The rear section is one cube and the forward section is 2 spheres. So really just 20 primitives.

Aye, they look great! Perhaps some engine flare, or exhaust...? Modeling space ships is much more satisfying than modeling water ships. I hate thoe stupid things... uh, sails? And ropes?!?!

I prefer space ships too. You don't get perfectionists saying that "The main sail would be furled in that kind of weather and the mast looks about 2 feet too long."

Although in this image I have got the orientation of the phaze coils misallinged, but no-one seemed to notice. ;-)
