You forgot to tell us what email address you used. Have you tried visiting the site, and leaving a message in the forum? Have you tried leaving hogwarden an instant message here? It almost looks like a problem with YOUR email servers, and not his. I've never seen that exact message before, but it almost looks like his email server is saying it doesn't like you?!

Yes and I've gotten 3 emails sent back to me from support@hogsoft.com saying I'm on his bad list. Can someone find out if he's blocking my ip? I own all but one of his products, would like to know I can reach him if I need help. So far the one in his readme and the one from his website don't work. I managed to deal with the problem myself, but not comfortable not being able to reach a merchant about a product. There are a few here who are flat rude if you ask for help, they don't get my business, but not used to having my mail bounced back. Thanks, Marque

Did you try using Instant Messaging here, at Renderosity? Did you try using the Hogsoft forum? The word "yes" isn't a sufficient answer. It's always best to give the most information up front so we don't need to keep asking. Howard has always been very receptive, so I can't imagine why you seem to be having troubles.
