Where did you acquire the image? Is there a website where more of these are located? It's possible to find out who the artist is that worked on the promo shots from the website where these were found, then possibly trace that name back to whatever app they used. It definitely looks like it could be Poser... if it's not, then it shouldn't be hard to recreate anyway... using one of the Japanese figures like Tenten (or whatever their names are). This render doesn't look like the art that appears on the Tekken video game covers that I have seen, where the characters are more stylized and "anime" in appearance. Tekken Video Game Covers

If this model is actually a V3, V2, Steph or whoever, I'd appreciate if someone can point it out... if it's not, I'd appreciate any tips on how I could go making a similar character for a project I'm working on.
