Subject: The ram's are kicking me ( poser export problem )

I've created a poser file ( in poser 5 ) and saved it. Now I want to export it to another program. But as this file turns out to be 496MB ( it's very compex, lot's of props and about seven figures ) the other program ( vue ) can't deal with it. Now I was hoping that there 'd be a way to select all elements in my scene at once in poser and reduce their scale. Maybe this would reduce the file size... Any thoughts on how to deal with this ( splitting the poser file up into little poser files takes too long ( lot's of props really )to be the best solution. Thanks a lot, Peevee

When I import Poser items(PZ3's) into Vue I do them 1 at time & compose the total scene at that time. Another words I render each item separately in Poser and save each item separtely. I even at times, import each item into Vue separtely &t hen save them as .vobs. This "usually" allow for more poser items to be used before Vue gets funky. Hope this helps :)

scaling down all elements in your poser scene will not help since the number of points will be the same - just their coordinates will have different values. So you see - the amount of data is the same. Greetings: Candid
