A while back I found a tutorial about using morph manager with the mill.figures. After doing the tutorial about fixing Aiko to take V3 textures (a few threads down) I decided to do experiment with what I remembered about the tutorial. I transferred V3 morphs into Aiko using Morph Manager. Here is Aiko3 with the Vicky 3 inj morphs to make a Akio into a anime boy Akio. Akio with bishonen textures and Yann hair..

Just to be certain: V3 morphs are compatible with Aiko 3? Yes? How do you do it with MM? ;) Thanks!!

C makes it easy to shoot yourself in the foot. C++ makes it harder, but when you do, you blow your whole leg off.

Yes, for the small amount of experimenting I did I think so. I can't find the tutorial.. but this is what I did.
open Morph Manager
load a V3.pz2 into the left window
then
load the V3 CR2 Sr1 into the left window
now you will have 2 'body' files in the window and you will save the one with the + next to it for last.

load the !Aiko CR2 into the right window

now all you have to do is right click on the body part names in the V3 window with the + next to them and "copy only morph targets"

once you're done with that go up to the +body and expand it scroll down to the bottom of the list of body parts i.e. PBMStretchNeck and right click and copy those morphs and go up until you get to the PBMCC_00(sic).. you don't have to copy those

Save the Aiko .cr2 as something new like AKV3.cr2 or whatever.. now you can open up the new cr2 in Poser and add V3 .inj morphs.

Some people may have a better way to do it but this is what I did or close to it..
if you need any more tutorials just do a search here in the forums.. a lot of these people are doing awsome things with Poser.

I hadn't thought to try the V3 male body morph on Aiko. That's a clever idea. I had good luck with several of the SP3 face morphs, including some of the face morphs like FaceLong which can help make the face look a little more masculine. Cheers!

A Quick reminder. Update your V3 when you get a chance. It's sr2 now. It includes the International channels. Same as with SP3, update her too. I haven't had time to move morphs over to Aiko. You did a nice job on her. I'm glad to here it works. I may finally have to buy the mike texture converter to go along with it.

Is it possible to use the Morph Manager to exchange Stephpetite head morphs to V3? I have some favorite SP3 characters but would love to use V3 scanti stuff with them. I do have sr2 for both characters with the added channels. V3 is my secondary character now- SP3, D3 and maybe Aiko with the Dodger's Ayumi and male anime figure-- can't remember his name but he's very male and cute-- for basic work. Emily

"Is it possible to use the Morph Manager to exchange Stephpetite head morphs to V3?" Yes, you will most likely have to adjust them after. I found that when I moved the V3 to SP3, I had to turn the dials 0.500, instead of 1.000, to get the effect. That is not a writen rule however. I would think there would be some limits to the other way around.

I didn't get much use from the original Aiko either, but now I think I'll use the male morph to create a mate for A3 until I can save pennies to buy the full versions of V&M3. Or could I use the morph packs alone to transfer the info to Aiko3 via Morph Manager? Did any of that make sense?
