I suppose that punsters will get ridden out of town on a rail... but, darnit! What punning potential is unleashed with this theme? Everything from an elementary school to the table of the elements... and none of them having to do with landscapes. :snivel: Wait! The Fifth Element is Love, and love is a bed of roses, and a bed of roses is a landscape... isn't it? :hopeful grin: OK, OK, I'll go take my puns and crawl back under a rock. Hmm... Underside of a rock... the punster in her element! And, since there's no light in here, it will be a very fast render. ;^)
eeeeK! There's someone else under this rock! ;^) Many many years ago I help build mazes for a college art project, and the best one was totally dark. Only cardboard, but we sealed it well. Folks crawled through on hands and knees, occasionally meeting someone else in the dark tunnels, and having to squeeze by. We'd left a couple of alcoves for easier passing, but students would gather in them and TALK so every once in a while one of us got to go through and scoot them onwards. Even building it, it was disorienting to be underground in twisty passages with no visual clues. Being under a rock would be darker and not as much fun... unless we were fingerpainting, of course. The theme for December is: "In My Element" -- artists should depict a setting in which they feel in their elements, or a character in his/her element. I'll have the challenge page up shortly
