How do you make dynamic clothing? Can you take any clothing and turn them into dynamic clothing? I want more dynamic clothing for Victoria 3. Do I need to model them from scratch or from another model? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Check out Hmann's store (link) He has some great dynamic stuff. I think Philc has some stuff too. www.philc.net Cheers, Joe

PhilC has a tutorial on how to turn conforming clothing into dynamic clothing, see www.philc.net

Also look up svdl in the free-stuff. He's done a LOT of dynamic clothing for V3 (and for many other character...) PS. Some conforming clothing can easily be transformed into dynamic; others can't. It depends on the mesh. The requirements for dynamic v. conforming are different - it's a "suck-it-and-see" situation. Modelling your own dynamic clothing isn't as hard as modelling conforming (IMO); as long as you keep the mesh fairly regular (dynamic hates long, thin polys), you should be alright, and you don't have to do all the boning etc. stuff to convert it into a figure. OTOH, it DOES take longer to get it to be posed... Cheers, Diolma

Also see the tutorials at Poser Fashion. Some conforming clothing can be converted to dynamic, some can't - it depends how it's made.
