Subject: Bursting Bubble

Could someone please post how you do a bursting bubble or post a link that shows you how to do it. Thanks LT

That sounds hard to do, even in one of those "high end" apps.Personally I've never seen it done, good luck .If I had to make a guess though, I think a partical generator(not in bryce) would be needed to add the "burst" of particals after the initial bubble popped or dissapears.Another option would be making an animation(2-d) applied to a plane that is set to face the camera at all times.But you may need an animated alpha map too.Hope the suggestions help.

Well, if it's not an animation (and even if it is), let's think what's a burst bubble is... Several tiny drops of liquid going away from a centre and then succumbing to gravity. Giving you any ideas?
