well i've been staring at this for some time now. looking for inspiration, a word, a title, a concept, the winning numbers for this weeks lottery, anything. been posting varied themes since july 2001, now i need your help, something to kickstart the old brain cells. Any suggestions ?, (not involving custard and/or sheep) thanking you in advance.

rj, i have seen many of your images so i know why you are having this common medical problem which is called a mind blank. When i get like that i just place a terrain in Bryce, mess around with terrain textures then i start coming up with ideas. Mind you i haven't been using Bryce for as long as you nor have i done anything like you can do so maybe my condition isn't as bad as yours is ;) Totally out of your normaly images, why not do a fantasy pic with fairies in it. Bet you can't :p

you don't go through the galleries goin' 'hey, I could do that'?..;) me neither..;) maybe changes in tecnique..I've been trying 'pure' pics on and off recently..only using what came with the package..sometimes the limitations can spur you down pathways you wouldn't normally go..and that has made all the difference..;)
you do a lot of building exteriors..maybe some interiors, looking out..just a thought..

My whole life is a white zone. I'm looking for ideas too. Might go play in Wings for a bit.

Why not start with a naked Vicky and a sword ? Seriously,...go to some of the other galleries (like Vue, C4D and 3D Studio Max) and see what they're doing,...... get some inspiration, works for me sometimes.

You know? If I ever won the monthly challenge I promised my self that I would set the next one by challenging everyone to create a 'machine', any machine, doesn't matter what it does so long as it was a machine.......... Also, I've been toying with an idea for a book, the title of which would be 'The Lock at Talahandre'........your call!

Available on Amazon for the Kindle E-Reader

All the Woes of a World by Jonathan Icknield aka The Bryster

I've been toying with the idea that we should start a thread where each of us posts something that we started but have left on our hard drive, for whatever reason, without finishing. Then each person in the thread has to choose one of the other works as inspiration and finish it, in their own style. Maybe that would help spur an idea or two.

go outside and stare at the moving clouds for 10 minutes... then find a tree and rip off a piece of the bark to look at all the insects scurry in the open air. keep staring until something hits you... (or until something crawls on you) :D

wouldn't work for me, I always inflict whatever comes off the render on 'rosity and it's denizens..;) I'm notorious for not throwing away models..so who throws away working models?
