I broke a bone in my foot... It's called a carthamoid (sp?) it does nothing, but I managed to break into three pieces. Was the first time any of the doctors in casualty had seen someone break it! Broke it Friday, still flew out to Chicago on sunday, leave for New York later today :)

Gog that must of B***** hurt at the time. Actually funny thing you saying that. When i was in hospital having a back operation, nothing major they just removed a disk. The guy in the bed next to me broke his heal in 5 places. That was the first time i had heard of anyone braking their heal. Hope it heals quickly and the bone knits together well.

Hope you get well soon, guess there's no sense in telling you to stay off it, lol, with you traveling and all. Have a safe journey as well. LMAO @Bandolin, since Gog didn't mention how he broke the bone, I think thats an excellent guess!

Well, arent we a bunch. 2 months ago, unbeknown to me because the emergency room doctor didnt catch it, I fractured my left shoulder blade and ripped the rotator cup 4 days before getting my personal doctors okay to go back to work after a years disability. Maybe we should start a club exclusive to all others except for luckies like us. As incredulous as it sounds, Ive heard of many heel breaks. Cog maybe if you kiss it will make it all better. ;) Hope you get back on your feet again.

I feel your pain and hope you have some prescription painkillers. I remember when I broke my foot. Cold and rainy weather reminds me of it.

ROTFL, I broke it walking from my lounge to my kitchen, before anyone says it, I was sober.
