Loving that radar tower. Really nice. The ship is cool too. And as you know by now, I am a sci-fi nerd to the extreme :-)

Many thanks, guys! I'm working on the greebles and nurnies now and getting the weapon/s attached to the hull. FYI that's a communications tower/dish. I'm thinking of putting it up in free-stuff. Whatyathink? Pakled: What does that actually mean....;-) Ang: Paul's an old buddy of mine who used to live just down the road from me. He now lives in the frozen north of the planet.

didn't we just do a thread on neebles/grurnies a few days ago..?..;) as far as I can tell, they're pretty much the same..and it's so much easier to say that 'lots of mechanical fittings, textures, electrical attachments, sci-fi gadgets, and structural additions that break up those old, dull surfaces'..;) (though I wouldn't be surprised if there isn't a German word for it that's even longer..they do that sorta thing so well..;) j/k..;)

Love the metallic textures. As a designer, I'm forced to say that my eye was immediately drawn to the forward-pointing triangular plates on the curved edges, my instant thought was "If that ship has to take off from a planet that has an atmosphere, those plates will peel off like the lid of a tin can.". always the encouraging word ROTFL

Pog: I'm not finished with the mats on the main body of the ship. As written, this thing has various 'force-fields' that protect it from the kind of problem you describe. However, it was not designed with atmospheric conditions in mind. But thanks for taking the trouble to point this out!

Coming alone quite nicely! It almost feels like the crystal palace with all its intricacies and detail. I especially like the close up where it looks like there has been a leak and stain.
