Subject: Vicky Morph for large eyes

I've been looking all around for a morph to make the Vicky figure's eyes larger, to give a character the Audrey Hepburn effect. Anyone know where I can find one? There may be one buried at Morph World, but I couldn't find it. My preference would be a morph that made the eyes both wider & rounder, because I'm looking for natural (though bigger than normal) human-type eyes, not something alien looking. Thanks.

check a few posts down, all of the faces I did for the pretty vicki have larger eyes...maybe not quite what you're looking for, but then again maybe it is...see the post about 18 postwork doos in free stuff...

Audrey Hepburn, now that would be a Killer Vicky character...

Thanks Dmentia & Fox-Mulder. I find large eyes on a woman very attractive, probably because of my fondness for waifish, young-looking women. I contacted Zygote tonight by email, mentioning a few issues about Vicky that have bugged me ever since I bought the figure. I think they did a terrific job with her if you look at the improved joints & the number of vertices (28,000) versus the v-count for P4 Woman. But I scolded them for giving us a man impersonating a woman & trying to market her as just an ordinary gal! In this day & age of political correctness, I'm no longer sure if I'm being chauvenistic or offensive when I say that I like a woman to look very feminine & that we should leave male characteristics to Michael. I reminded Zygote that even a cursory look at the Renderosity Forum for Poser shows that many users, especially clothing designers (Steve Shanks is a major one), tend to shy away from Vicky because of her appearance & that although I've rescaled her & slimmed her down, etc., it doesn't make much sense to me that buyers of a female figure should have to become plastic surgeons to "correct" Vicky. Why was she made that way in the first place? It just doesn't make sense to me, but maybe I'm way too old-fashioned!

Fox: Before Zygote split off the DAZ3D division, there was a gallery of Vickies sent in by usn's. One of the cooler portraits was an elfin Audrey Hepburn in shades of purple wearing a broad sun hat. If they revive the gallery I hope they use this one.

Here it is, the young Audrey Hepburn.

duanemoody: Very nice image! You know, it's curious that except for the "round eyes" morph for Vicky, not much has been done with enlarging the orbits smoothly. I've done morphs, but only in less complex body areas. My relative inexperience precludes my doing anything with the orbits because of the number of peripheral vertices that would be affected (& in my case, messed up). But since the eyes are the window to the soul, as they say, it's odd that so little has been done to modify them. I have all the Jaager morphs for the eyes (at least I think I have them all!). I wonder also if it's Zygote's policy to design a figure & then abandon it to the masses. It almost seems that way, because they rarely offer morph packages or updates for any of their figures, at least in the 8 months or so since I was first a customer.

Don't forget my eyefix morph, too. I'm not knocking Diane's or Jaager's, but they slide eyelids around instead of actually rotating the entire lid assembly back to a straight plane. As far as Zygote not supporting their figures is concerned, I think that's a little harsh. They know full well what we're offering for free and have opted to stay out of competing on the morphs front. They stick to the more complex stuff, like clothes, and do a decent job of it. I don't know what possessed them to think Joan Cusack's chin is the norm for her sex, but otherwise they did a fine job on the Vicky head. Most people work with Posette because she's free, not because she's better. I like both.
