Subject: Problem with Marjorie character

Ghostofmacbeth ( ) posted Tue, 19 December 2000 at 5:36 PM ยท edited Sat, 08 February 2025 at 10:46 AM

I just bought the Marjorie character and I can't use it as it stands. I get a folder that says p3dMarjorie15c Folder when I unzip. Inside it a folder that says C license.html and P3Dreadme.txt. Inside the C folder is directory information for the C drive of the PC I think. I am on a Mac and normally have no trouble since I use MacConvertor but I just get things like "Program FilesMetaCreationsPo" and can't do anything with them. Help please.

I tried the fix and still can't seem to get it. Same problem with the C drive and the long directory file names I think. I also messaged you.

It looks like the problem is solved. Thanks to Diane she found that some expanders have problems with spaces in the file/directory names. I have created a new zip without the directory information and no spaces in the filenames. Someone who had problems with the previous file was able to unzip this just fine. I have placed the file on my server. So if you have problems with the zip send me your forum id and I will send you the location and the passwords to get the file. I have sen some of your the password and url so be sure to check your mail. Thanks,
