Hi. I cannot get into the marketplace or any area that contains downloads. Its a bit wierd especially annoying as i`ve just bought two items and it stared half way thru the downloads cutting it off. Any ideas?

Just unable to load the page. No problem on the home page or the forums, just won't load the market place or shoppingcart, or the free area. Odd.

I'm sorry, but I cannot duplicate your error. I'm not having any problem at all navigating thru the site. Have you tried to clear out your cache? Go to the MarketPlace and click on ctrl + F5 to do a hard browser refresh. Deb

chrisdoa, 1.) make sure that your system date and time are correct. 2.) make sure that you are accepting cookies from renderosity 3.) if you have any download manager, firewall, or anti-virus software OR pkzip, then try disabling them one at a time to see if that corrects the problem. everything is turned off. the odd thing is i've just noticed is that the jpegs do not appear to load on the home page all 28 of them! not even the banner at the top of this page, just a little red cross. My isp is mystified and all other sites load ok

Dead images are usually a result of #1 or #2 above. Other times the problem has been overly aggressive firewall settings.

done all of the above. Still no joy.
