I'm cursed with bad dialup, not that there is such a creature as good dialup :D Could you please reset this item? Order #268104 "Style'n'Move" by Eowyn, Papu Hopefully I won't have to ask for resets on the remaining 2 items from that order. Crossing fingers, toes and eyes for luck lol. Thanks! Michelle

Yes, sometimes it does behave. I think when it gives me fits like that it is because someone is trying to call. I got all of the downloads from that order finished without any more problems. Now I'm going to try to stay away from all of the stores til after Christmas lol. Thanks again for everything :D Michelle
