Just got around to playing with Aiko 3 and applied the V3 Map to her. I did it by hand not using a Mat. But I ended up with these bands around her legs. Any ideas?

Looks like you missed applying the texture to the SkinThigh material group.

I applied to all the leg and body areas that I could see listed. Oh, I am using P5.

Aiko has more material zones than V3. Try clicking on one of the bands while you are in the material room. That should show you if the texture is properly applied. If you can't figure it out, make a screenshot of your material settings for that part of the body, and post it.

Aiko has 3 materials that are not applied when you apply a V3 mat pose (Knee, Shin and Thigh?). To fix, go into the mat room, click on a part of her body that IS correctly textured (say chest), save the material in the material library (as say "DelMe"), then click the body parts not textured properly, and apply the material you just saved.

Since her legs below the bands are darker than above, I'd guess you've clicked on some sort of hose or stockings for her.

He said he did it by hand - no MAT pose.

Go into the material room, or editor and select the thigh material. Look at what the settings are, and at what texture is being used. It looks like you have the wrong texture applied to her thighs.

Thanks for all of your help. I will have to try this when I get back after New Years and my Birthday which happens to be on the same day. You didn't think that those parades and foot ball bowl games were just because it was a New Year did you??? (I was about 10 before I could actually accept that little fact of life!) Anyway, I am leaving today and will be gone for about 2 weeks. Thanks for help again and can't wait to try it when I return.....
