Subject: After making a credit card purchase.

After making a credit card purchase, I get this mesage;"You can immediately download your digital purchases from your account screen." yet there are no download buttons on the account screen... whats going on and why does it say I can download my purchases when I can't?

Hi, Before you checkout, there is information regarding First Time Buyers: First Time Buyers (Credit Card, Debit Card and Paypal): 1) Credit or Debit card. As part of our verification process we ask that you send us the toll free phone number or security number off the back of your credit card along with your Renderosity member name. When we have this information, we'll be happy to activate your purchase. All future Credit and Debit card purchases will be available for immediate downloading. This information should be sent to store@renderosity.com 2) Paypal. As part of our verification process we ask that you send us your Renderosity member name, Order ID number and your real name used on your Paypal account. When we have this information, we'll be happy to activate your purchase. All future Paypal purchases will be available for immediate downloading. This information should be sent to store@renderosity.com This step is done to protect you, the merchants, and Renderosity from stolen credit cards or fraudulent Paypal accounts from being used to purchase items on this site. We appreciate your patience during this one time only process. As soon as the verification information is received your download will be activated. Thank you for your patience during the one time process. Happy Holidays! Deb

Well thats all fine I would say Yet how long will it take? Especially with chrismas comming up? You know you could probably right a little script to keep it from saying that your download is ready for first time customers... Just a sugestion to cut back on the confusion...//

We still have site support even during the holidays :) So when you send it in, it won't be long before verification is complete, and your order is available for download. Deb

added a .jpg, Um I did get the addy right did I not? The time on it I'm assumeing is Greenwich Mean Time.

email address looks correct, but I still haven't received it in the store email.

Deb I'm wondering if that time has anything to do with it. Because technically, the system hasn't reached that time of day yet.

Thank your for your hard Diligent work. I will think highly of you in the future. :D! For the record; the ninth version would have been sent via Yahoo, wich is not my listed email adress. Would this have been a "valid" choice?

Yes, that would have been fine to do. BTW, I spoke to one of the other Admin yesterday that said she was having trouble receiving her Renderosity email, so I'm thinking that may have very well been the problem all along. Thanks again for your patience :)
