If you have the model already, just right click and save as and name and place the map .jpg with the model. Then while in Bryce use the material editor and change the image texture from the default one... Or did you mean to ask how it was made to begin with? In that case, it was UV mapped in Wings and the resulting template was painted over using JASC Paint Shop Pro (any 2D program would work.). The image is then brought back into Wings to check how it wraps on the models, and then is adjusted again in PSP. (Repeat last two steps until it's right.) To me, this is a lot more work than making the model itself.

The trick is to paint over the template using layers. This way it is possible to adjust transparancy to see the template and make corrections. Then it's just a matter of using effects on layers independently to suit the desired effect (blur used on camo layer, but not on decals, etc.) That's also why I could make a quick plain version really quick (easy as turning off the decals and exporting again.) So far nobody's asked for one.

Aye, I figured there were layers involved somwhere... Imagine being on the design team at Adobe or Corel or Jasc way back in 1989 or whatever, and one day at a team meeting someone just blurts out : "Hey, I know! What if we could program layers, you know, like different levels?!?!?" (everyone looks at him/her dubiously...)
