Here it is: 1) Computer completely crashed. New Hard drive required. 2) Able to pull all my data off old hard drive. Poser 4 reloaded, all files put back in proper location. 3) Everything back as it was except Mike 3 and Vicki 3. When I try and add morphs I get a long line of these: "Warning: cannot open RuntimeLibraries!DAZVictoria3DeltasInDeltas.Mouth O.pz2" etc. etc. 4) previously saved Mike and Vickies load with all their morphs but new ones cannot be added. 5) E-mail from DAZ suggested reinstalling mike Vickie and morphs. Didn't help. Any suggestions?

The only thing that comes to mind is to double check that the !Daz folder is for a fact located under Runtimelibraries. Check spelling, sometimes Poser can be fickle. Also make sure you have the latest updates. As far as the saved ones working, the morph information should be embedded in the pz3 file so you don't need or have to re-inject.

I had the same thing happen. This may or may not help. I re-installed V3.All of the icons were there in the folders but they were empty. Daz put them up for me to download again (which I did) and that did not help. I tried several times to no avail and the icons were still empty. This did work... I installed V3 to the desktop and installed the parts into poser5 by hand. Hope this helps you!

You don't often get stuff right when you try to copy it over. That especially is true if you're dealing with a dead hard drive. I mean it only stands to reason, if the drive died, then you could have corrupt data.

One tricky thing about Vicky 3 & Mike 3 is that they've had updates and Service Packs. You need to install all of them. Vicky 3 has always been the most difficult one for me. I sometimes miss one of the Service Packs or something. One way around this problem is to install them into their own separate temporary folders. Install all the updates or Service Packs. Then copy those files over to your main Poser installation. (Don't forget if you have an external Runtime, you need the !DAZ library folder in your Poser installation, as well as your external Runtime.)

You can also save that temporary Mike 3 or Vicky 3 installation in case you run into this problem again. If you need to reinstall, just unzip your temporary Vicky 3 or Mike 3. You might also consider buying CorrectReference Pro (CRPro). CRPro will check your INJect and REMove references,
