We've talked about this for quite some time with steve and we finally managed to get a diplomatic and fair solution that we think will keep everybody happy! :) Most of you already know, that quite some time back, we had made the Manchu Empreror of the Quing Dynasty as well as his oriental Props and donated them to the store, as a Renderosity support item! Neither of us ever made a single dime out of him as it was for the good of the community! Note that! Events happened, old administration moved over to 3DCommune and we asked the new staff to take Manchu and his props down since obviously no financial site support was in stakes any longer. We were proposed to keep him and split the sales money but we both decided against it! Thus poor Manchu became a collector's item..just for the few people who had bought him or his props... I must say that I'm more than just fond of that character as well as those props! This kept bothering us.. we wanted to find a way to make him available to the community and yet be fair to the ones who bought him! Eyecatcher has shared with me some extra, fantastic textures and all this work had to stay parked in our HD and get spiderwebs... It was late last week..that we saw the light! :o) So here's the deal for the people who bought Manchu or his oriental props, please spare me the ordeal to email each one of you seperately myself explaining all this! :o) Go to Poserworld, surf around the 3 CDs previews, select the item that you wish the most and let us know by email your choice! We will email that file to you as compentation, though we never got anything out of Manchu..just to be able and make him available to all the community as a New Year's specila gift! How does that sound? Fair enough? I doubt there are owners of Manchu who already own all 3 Poserworld CDs as well. Even if there are..we'll sort something out, so what do you say? If there is no public objection by owners to this post, then Manchu with his original hair, comforming outfit & slippers, texture pack, as well as his oriental props and textures PLUS Eyecatcher's extras, will be included in our New Year's update and indeed make it a celebrating one! So speak up and let us know in time because if you do agree, we need to roll up sleeves and plunge into html asap! :o)

I have bought the manchu emperor for renderosity support and because it was a nice caracter.I also bought the 3 poserworld cd(i am waiting to receive the third).But i also dlw so much free stuff from you and steve than i don't want nothing other.Just a suggestion.The only time i used the caracter ,i export for rendering in a scene in Vue:when i try to put the caracter in a kneeling position(i hope the english term is ok) the mesh was not correct for the costume piece between the legs.Just try it because my english is not enough good to say more.Thanks

I go with martial. I also bought the manchu and the 3 pw-cd. But I have no problem with your idea. Yours and Steves free stuff is for me special gift enough. By this way my best wishes for the new year.

Thanks to all of you! :) I'm expecting the rest of his buyers (or his props) to respond! Martial and Zett..that's very galand of you but I do insist you DO get an item in exchange! There are 2 more CDs to look in besides the one you already have (although steve didn't bother that much with extensive previews of CD2 - LOL!) Martial..Manchu can't kneel or sit properly for the very same reason no long gown can either! That's because on those below the knee items you can't assign shins to the mesh..somehow, poser breaks up the mesh below the knee when it gets conforming..so thighs is all you can have and therefore certain posing limitations... :) My best wishes to all for the coming New Year as well..you ae the best to hang around with! :o)
