Subject: Yellowed photos

Found that my old pics are getting that yellow orange look and don't have the negatives anymore. I have photoshop CS, is there any way to save them if I scan them in? Just got CS today, haven't even installed it yet, but if anyone can kick me to a page number in the manual that would also be appreciated. Thanks, marque

There are many, many ways of color-correcting that photo's. Looking for 'color correction' in the manual will open up the possibilities. There is a chance the photos will be different from the original originals (even better maybe) but if you can do your share of archiving and backing up, they will never get yellow again.

Yup, scanning and keeping them on dvd. Felt bad when we pulled them out and saw them. So much for Kodak paper...lol Thanks for the pointer...fell asleep on the manual last night. Marque

Bring down the yellow or add a little blue. or image, adjustments, auto color,

Question the question. Answer the question. Question the answer...
