I am doing this image and was wondering which image looked better. I am talking in terms of lighting . The link shows the image after I added a lighting effect in corel to the right side of the image(yellow light to the right side) The attached image shows the lighting straight from carrara, I thought the image looked better after I added the yellow light in corel , but now I am not so sure. If you could give me some opinions on which you think is better it would be appreciated. Mike

I agree the one on cgtalk looks better, not only for the color but for the detail. The smoke from that central fire was possibly distracting but it was one of the few evidences of ground damage and for that fact I think it was ok.

I like the cgtalk one better too- it seems like it is crisper- I wonder how much of that is the size of the image though? I do like the golden look- implies to me that it is close to sunrise or sunset. Markd

Thanks for the comments , I guess I have been looking at the image too much and am not seeing correctly . I will leave the image as is. Thanks again.
