Definitely a tough choice... but I can see the difference. I like the over-all sharpened one better.... Mostly because the textures on the rock are more defined.

Actually, I really like most of the ones where she is sitting on this little outcropping (it's about 20 ft from the beach below). There are probably 8 that I've done from there and I like them all. This one I went for a richer shadow feel ... a little darker than the other one.

Just to keep things simple (choosing between 1 or 2) - I definitely like the first one better (leave it to me to go against the grain). After all, it's not a shot of rocks, and the softening doesn't destroy the "rock environment" - it's still there without competing for attention (although, if the rocks are fighting for attention, maybe you need some additional help from a complete team of psychological experts!) Either way - I'm gonna have trouble getting to sleep tonight! Simply a gorgeous shot! A cross between seductive, submissive, untamable, mischievous, wild and tame - did I leave anything out? Wolf
I prefer the 3rd one down. The last one to me has too much light on hair and makes it the prime zone in .Leaves me not even seeing anything else. 3rd one is awsome.(and I know it is downsized alot and you would fix above the eye.) This is just one guys opinion.:)

Why do I feel like I'm wading through puddles of drool? #7 I'm not crazy about the expression on her face in that one..... #9 Works better IMHO. Now back to the rocks... they are there. I think the location happens to be an important part of the images. It isn't just about a beautiful girl..... otherwise you could have shot these in any old location with a plain white background and you'd still have the drool factor working your special Donald magic. :~)

Wondering what you guys thought of these two. The first one has only a slight sharpening on Elle, leaving the rock soft. The second one has an all over sharpening. There difference isn't that great, but I think each has a different feeling/look to them. I like the all over sharpening. The contrast between the sharp, hard rocks and the soft feminity of Elle does it for me.Your thoughts?
