Subject: Poser 6 Questions

Has anyone heard if Poser 6 is coming out in the near future? I am waiting to see if there will be any improvements in the following areas. 1) U.I. - Will there be a new user interface with a larger working area etc. and improved buttons. 2) Horse - Do you think a new Poser horse is in the works to compete with the new DAZ horse? 3) Has anyone heard if and when Poser 6 will be out? Thanks

No Larry W (the Poser GOD)gave an interview with Planit3D.com he spoke of P6 but gave no time frame of when to expect

A CL employee recently privately advised that P6 would be released in 2005, but the company is intentionally not announcing a release date yet, which is obviously wise. Specific questions would be best posed to CL directly, as they have no regular representation at this site.

I doubt they make it before Jan. 2006, at the earliest. Unless they have it all built and ready to go, they'll have to allow room for decent beta-testing. /P

In a few threads above this someone said they called and poser 6 wouldn't be avalible till March.
