Subject: How do I add a sparkle to a photoshop image?

Hope you can help, this is driving me nuts, I have seen this in applications such as PSP, but the sparkle plug in with photoshop, is dull to say the least...I want a real twinkling star....any ideas?

Look up bling or bling bling photoshop tutorials on Google. You'll find more than a few to add sparkle to an image :) - Noel
