Can you please reset the download link of the latest gift I got (Hyper Real)? I tried to download it three times but the connection was so slowly that the downloads failed :-( And now the download button is gone. Thanks in advance.

Pretty pleae can I have my download buttons reset... Clint says it is a minor problem with RO this morning, but now some of my attempted download buttons are ...GONE into the void~~~~~~ Thanks Karen

Thank you, I am downloading now, but it will take an hour to get my 24 mb file with dsl! What's going on here today?

Ok, Debbie. The last dl stopped at 50%, so I have still two attempts left for downloading? I better wait until tomorrow then.

Well I have another gift received and I'm still not able to download them, because the dls stop somewhere in between...:( Do you know when the server problems will be solved?
