What happened to my thread? I posted it yesterday for help in locating a print.

Odd, I saw it earlier, with lots of replies, but can't see it now. Maybe it got pulled for copyright infringement? It's a TOS violation to post someone else's images in the forum.

Nope, can't be. It got a reply from CrazyDawg, then I followed it up with a reply. I can't see any reason why it would be removed either, so I'd be real interested to know what's happened here :-/ Can't be copyright, I was carefull not to post the full image, and even if I had, such reasons; request, research, whatever, it's permitted under copyright law. People do it all the time in this forum, and they don't get removed either.

In The Den (now defunct) I've seen posters being asked to remove images that weren't theirs, and I've also seen images being removed by admins. Apart from that I can't think of any reason for it to vanish into thin air. cue scary music
