Subject: Removing body parts?

Hey guys, I'm all new to Poser, I've got Poser 5--should have waited for six, I suppose, but oh well!--anyway, I'm wondering if anyone can help me out. I use M3 for all my characters and for one I'm working on now I need to be able to remove his ears and his nose (or make his nose flat and slitted like a reptile's.) Is there a way to do this?

I use P4 still, waiting for P6 myself. Have you tried 'morphing' it? Or making the body parts 'invisible'? Not sure if you can completely remove an entire body part from a figure. You might be able to scale certain body parts all the way down so they don't show.

That doesn't seem like a very solid method. You get holes and deformations.
