Given the varied response to the original colour version of the image (see link) I'd like to present here 2 b/w versions of the same photograph. This first one is the same RAW file converted by Fuji's hyperutility to B/W adpating slightly contrast, exposure, WB etc. Little postwork has been done to smoothen the white background.

The second one is the colour version having gone through PS (in this case "classic" of the Virtual Photographer)....

Glad you did that,as I tested that out last night too. Definitely not the darker version. What you think...here

Doug, your 2nd try comes close to the high key images I had in mind with this part of the series...

In danger of treading on toes but: Firstly just want to say its just my opinion, and doubt I could do better anyway. The dark one to me the skin tones are too dark, I like #3 and for me #4 is probably the one I like best. The blown highlight on the side of the breast just spoils it for me, although that is maybe unavoidable with that type of lighting with digital. My lighting techniques need some work, so I just speak from what I see. LP

I liked the first one the fourth one and the third one. The second one makes me think you were trying to give her a tan. ( Which sorta worked!! But it still looks strange. Much like people who have hung out a bit too long in the tanning salon! ) The fourth and the first for me are the best. But she does look tanned a little in the third. What's wrong with shiny breasts? Bsteph

i like #4 the best...although it does lose some of the skin texture?
