hi ime trying to purchase E.J for poser5 but i keep getting (invalid reference number)i had my order reset and tried again but the problem still exists.i contacted my bank and everything is fine there.could anyone help please i musty have my E.J :)thanks in advance

Hi, I've reset your account. When entering the credit card #, please only enter the 16 digit number with no spaces and/or dashes. Deb

apparently i was using a credit card type different to those that were allowed.ime sorry if ive inconvenienced you in any way.however i did have a paypal account :)so i used that.i have downloaded my purchase and everything looks fine thanks debbie
