OK, I modelled a new CR2 for the DAZ Millennium Dragon (yeah it WAS hard work). It has three new full-body morph dials, BabyFeet, BabyHead and BabyWings. BabyHead gives him a bigger head, BabyFeet gives him bigger feet (Duh) and BabyWings gives him smaller wings, about 40% of the original size.

Before anyone asks I can't distribute it because the new CR2 was just the DAZ one with my additions, and of course it contains DAZ copyright material in the form of their morphs. When the job is finished I'll contact DAZ and see if they will make it available as a free add-on to those who have bought the Millennium dragon.

There are problems with the new wings, they no longer pose properly using some of the joints, as I haven't yet finished reworking the joint parameters, and the new head only works with the "Smooth Jaw" morph applied along with a couple more that I can't remember. However, carefully posed the new baby looks pretty irresistible I think. I am working on my first image using this character and thought folk might enjoy seeing it develop. If you're interested just reply saying so and I'll continue to post here as things progress, showing how I put it all together.

This is a straight export from Poser 4, rendered in Bryce 5 with material settings on the dragons tweaked. The eggs use a Bryce material in world space to keep the scale of the spots constant.

There is a program called um, darn, uh, hang on...huh, wasn't there, I have it here somewhere...Mover! Ha! Found it! Mover101 is the exe file I have. Pretty sure I got it here in freestuff. If you search the poser forum, I'm sure there'll be a link.

Oh, it extracts the difference between two cr2's and saves just that. At least that's what it seems to do. More importantly, the program allows you to distribute the difference between the two files which can then be used by anyone with the DAZ Millenium Dragon to create you version.

Which is very cute.

If there is a Mac version I can use it, if not then we'll have to wait and see what DAZ say. I actually think there will be no problem persuading DAZ to let legitimate purchasers have the new CR2 from their web site, and since it will contain reworked joint parameters as well as morphs I don't imagine it will be as tricky to use as the version had to produce this image.

Mover sounds useful so I'll get out and look for a Mac version.

Xenic is right. "Objaction Mover" is the program, by Maz, and is in freestuff here at 'rosity. And those dragon babies are adorable! You did a great job on them!

I'm not a frequent poster, but I do read the forum daily, and just thought I'd put my two cents in. Looks cool so far. I like the way the eggshell is flying away on the one in the middle. I'm looking forward to watching this develop. I've thought about doing a hatching dragon for awhile now, but it looks like I won't get around to it any time soon. For what it's worth, I was going to do a humorous image with a baby dragon that had just hatched with a warrior looking down at it going "Awww ... where's your Mommy little fella?" And right behind him, looking all evil and mean was "Mommy", blurred a little with DOF. You can take that as you will.
