Hey all was doin' sum experimentin' earlier today. Had an idea in my head and came up with these pix. I did a bunch of postwork in Pshop and ACDsee....croppin' and desaturated some of the colors. This one I used the Plugin - Virtual Photographer to get the dreamy effect Like to know what ya all think of theses!

Much appreciated!
Joe

I'd prefer the second one - little blue glow in consequent b/w... (matter of taste, though)

Oh, Joe, these are SO cool! Just to be contrary to gwfa ;-) I like the first - the colour contrast to the B&W doesn't half make the necklace stand out. Love the softness & grain too. Blimey, I'm not gonna fault this pic!!! (",)

hey, Joe...what a cool idea! i like this a lot! and i like the first one better...those tones look awesome & i love how the light hits the heart in first one too! i also like that the hand is bigger in the first one. i like the grain in this but for me, i think i'd like to see the grain kinda smoothed out a bit on the hands. i would try to do it myself to see how it looks and then post it, but i'm still on my first cup o joe, Joe!!! LOL! Fabulous idea and your image is awesome!

Great job, I like the 1st one as posted. But, I think if the blue on the necklace in the 2nd one was as saturated as the 1st one, I would like the 2nd best. I like the B&W, but would like to see the necklace jump out more. Really a cool effect.
