hi guys...just wanted to share some excitement! many of ya'all know my husband, kemal. Well, we just found out he's a candidate for Artist of the Month in Bryce!!! yipppppeeeee!!!! here's the link: Click Here! He's been a member at RR for 4 years now, and he's one helluva an artist AND photographer!!! He rarely posts in the photo gallery, but he STILL is verrrrry active in photography. Anyway, this is the first time he's ever been a candidate, so we are spinning in our chairs over here!!!! The other artists who are candidates are also incredible artists!!! I'm just so happy for him that he was recognized!!! thanks for sharing my joy, guys!!!!

Congrats to both of you! Tongue in cheek so are all nine other nominees Bryce, now that seems really balance between all the community!

From read the description on the first page, Simon, i had the impression they made their way around to each gallery. "This month we highlight the Bryce Gallery." since they are featuring the Bryce gallery this month, i assume they feature 2D gallery one month, photography gallery another month, etc. am i wrong about that? thanks for the congrats!!!

He's one helluva an artist, and he's come a LONG way from his beginning days in Bryce. i was thinking about deleting this, after i realized that some folks might get the wrong idea...that i was trying to solicit votes for him. But screw it. People can think what they like. I'm freakin' proud that kemal is a candidate for Artist of the Month and just wanted to share my excitement. keep speakin' your mind, Simon!

you are correct sweetie, be proud & happy! to make it to the nominees is a thrill in itself... i didn't make it in last year, but i think it was because i'm not a purist (don't want to start anything with that statement, just showing it's not just a popularity thing :) but was happy for everyone that got in
