Subject: Anyone else having trouble with Poser Forum not loading the page?

This started about a week ago for me- The forum here just load a blank screen, about half the time, I have to hit "Reload" and try agin (with about the same chance of getting the forum page or a blank screen). I suspect it has something to do with the banner at the top of the page, as sometimes when it does load there is no banner showing, and other times I see mysterious websites loading (www.mesa.com?), or rather trying to load. I'm using Netscape 4.77, yes I know, but I like it and it has worked fine up to now. Java Script is off, too. Is it doing this to anybody else?

I've had this problem with various/random pages this week, (using IE) Very annoying...

It's been like tht for some time now. What I get is "waiting for www.renderosity.com" and it take forever for a page to load or to go from one page to another. I'm using "Firefox and also IE6..does it for both of them. Renderosity has been so for me since day one back in 2000. Even when they said they were updating the servers and Rosity should be fast, it just wasn't. I'm on DSL and every other site I go to loads fast. This is the ONLY site that is as slow as molasses in winter. I thin is might have something to do with all the banners, links, and menus that have to load on every page. It has so much stuff to load it boggs it down.

reloading the pages a few time seemed to work, but it's a pain...

Never have had any problems here and I use IE6. Have you checked your browser settings in Netscape?

Yeah, reloading the pages works for me too, but your right, it is a pain. I'm not talking about slow loading here, I know R has oftem been slow, especially in the (USA) evening, I'm talking about when the page finishes loading only there isn't anything on the screen. I've been using the same setting all along, something has changed in the forum, I assume.

I have problems at work sometimes getting into Freestuff; it wants me to login again..on certain days..probably a firewall problem on my end, but that's as close as I get..

I'm using Mozilla Firefox and did not have any problem. At least until now.
