I'm going for a Thomas Kinkade painting look. Which looks best?

I like the one on the right the best. Lovely scene!

The one to the right has a great dreamy feel to it, i like it. The left one has a totally different feel, so it depends much on what you were going for.

Thanks. It looks like the right one is the winner. The effect was achieved using the "Ambience" setting on the free Photoshop plugin Virtual Photographer by optikVerve Labs.

I agree I like the one on the right, and thanks for the link to that plugin...looks really good. Nice Image btw.
