First of all, I am new in posting messages in a forum here on Renderosity - I hope that is correct, if I am asking this kind of question in here.

The problem is, I would like to get to know, if anybody from you has experienced problems in pre-ordering Poser 6 from Curious Labs.

My problem is: I have pre-ordered it and the shopping system told me, that I will receive an invoice by mail in about 2 to 3 days after the pre-order onine. I havent received it. Since payment instructions will be send with this invoice, I dont know where I have to send my money. Clicking on the link in the order information mail right after the pre-order, my order still "awaits payments".

I have sent an eMail to the WebStore of Curious Labs, but it seems like nobody cares about it, since I dont have received an answer yet.

Well, I just would like to know, if anybody of you, which have pre-ordered it also, has encountered the same or other problems with the pre-order.

Since I dont know anymore what to do (the last thing I will do, is call - but maybe I have to go through this instance as well), I just thought I will post my question to this subject as well here on Renderosity since it might be the case that anybody from Curious Labs takes a peek in here ;-)

Yeah there are a couple of threads about this. Just look back a few pages

There are quite a few problems at the moment but most should have been sorted. The initial problems with serial numbers etc. seem to be resolved now so I'm sure everything else will be soon too!

Hopefully. I just received an eMail from "WebHelp" by DigitalRiver giving me the information with findmyorder.com where "I am able to get an invoice". Which I am not able too, since my order still waits for payment, but I did not get the payment information yet. sigh This is ridiculous (youll get the idea what I mean) g ;O)
