Subject: Poser 5 Material Room

After owning Poser 5 since it came out I still have trouble with the material room.Does Dr Geep or anyone have a detailed step by step instruction on how to use this thing for texturing. The manual is hopeless.I am ok with the Poser 5 figures but still cannot get it together with DAZ figures or any materials I might want to add to an object or figure.I keep going back to Propack to do any of this work.I am hopeless at understanding the nodes and what they do.I hope they simplify this room in Poser 6! I am a visual person and I am not very good at reading and understanding heaps of technical material. The simpler the explanation the better. Please can someone do me a simple step by step tute on this room? Cheers arrow1

umm..... nodes arent that hard :) think of it as layering designs that are on pieces of clear plastic film, you plug a node in to the right place, and tweak a lil then you are done, people think P5 mat room is hard, but after you learn basics its pretty simple docs tut are a start, and you can search "node" in the forums here and at www.runtimedna.com and find explanations for alot of them
