I've been waiting for something like this for years if only it wasn't falling off the shoulders, but it seems the only clothes people can make are conforming and that makes them tight.

Thank you! Found them. Yes, they are P5-only. Dynamic cloth. But I have P5, and I love dynamic clothing. :-)

They're some of the best dynamic cloth I've worked with.

Not until P4/PP comes up with a cloth room like P5 has.

Getting back to the origin of the thread ;) This item seems to have been made with the necessity of doing an animation? It seems from the readme that to use this item you must put it thru an animation process to get the garment posed for use in a still render? Mark yer callendars, ive been emasculated again. At 800x600 screen resolution, I cant even SEE whatever button it is that completes the "Save your work and start calculating the simulation." process :/ With some of the items Ive seen for PPP - bell bottom pants, skirts, cloaks, blouse-sleeved shirts, I would think it must be possible to model a gown similar to this in MAX or a similar program? Ive no real skill yet with MAX and only one project stuck in an incomplete stage, but it seems that if a modeller didnt pull in the cloth below the breasts and at the waist as with most shirts that get tight at the waist/hip, and perhaps added some of those nifty "drag handle" adjusters at the bottom for a bit of skirtlike control, there could certainly be a peasant gown for PPP :) Logan

All dynamic cloth requires doing a little animation, even for stills. (The good side is you can pick which frame to use for your still, and thereby get the one which has the effect you want.)

I don't think it's the skirt that's the problem. There are lots of Poser long skirts. It seems harder to make loose and flowing tops than skirts. There are a few shirts with full sleeves, but they are often difficult to pose naturally. And the shirt itself is still close-fitting.

Image is Poserworld's nightgown for the PT Girl. It's the closest conforming nighty I've seen to Carib's.
