... anybody able to recommend and good Vue books. I've looked around but must be missing something as I can't find any!! Roberto

I don't think there is one. There was a plan for one some years ago but the project was cancelled when i remember it right. How about writing one anybody?

There is one at Play.com "Vue D Esprit Book By Richard Schrand". It is "Out now. Waiting for delivery of stock," though it has been saying that for a few months now.
