Back in December, there was some talk about installers/uninstallers for Poser. Even though it took me some more time than expected, it's almost done! And it's freeware(as promised back then)! If you are interested you can take a look at the images on my temporary site. I was wondering if there might be a few brave people that would be willing to try it out. Since it deletes files and folders, a slight error could be devastating. Thus, this is "only for the brave" who would risk having to lose a harddrive. FYI, I've been using PDaemon for some time and it hasn't done anything strange. I'm just trying to be sure its performance will be consistent across the board. If you are interested, please IM me here. I've tested PDaemon on Windows2000 so it should atleast work on 2000 and XP. 98SE might have some problems.

Well, the poser installer part is rock solid, so that part is done. The uninstaller also is safe, but there is a hypothetical chance that something could go wrong. The chance of anything wrong actually happening is almost non-existent. I just wanted to give a thumbs up so people will know about it before they jump to do a beta test or quitely download it. If you just want to use it as an installer, it should be a great aid in getting poser content in the correct directories.
