Subject: Got V5E but it won't work

Every time I try to load a tree it crashes :-( PLEASE help, Not sure what to start with. Had no issues with V4E. Tried compatibility mode. Same result.

  1. System details are vital for bug help ;) 2) Tried re-install? 3) What other programs you have running? ie antivirus.

Is it one of the supplied trees, or an external file? If external, what format of tree? .vob, Xfrog, .3ds etc?

Well, it turns out that the install did not put any of the objects on my hard drive. That is why it crashed, the objects pointed to are not there. I copied them over from the cd and it appears to work now. I found a mention of it on the official boards, thanks to everyone who tried to help.
