Hey guys, haven't done this in a while...its been too long, but I finally managed to finish an image!

Thought I'd post some WIP's and concepts, for those of you who are interested.

This is the doodle that spawned the image, it was late, I was at Denny's, got bored and started drawing on a piece of paper in my wallet...

I found the image a few days later, and thought it would be fun to re-create it, here is a close to finished model I did in wings.

Started working on the background next, after I had set up the lighting...kind of jumping ahead alot, but just showing the interesting parts:)

Here was a quick mockup I did, finished the image about a week later...after alot of color and material tweaking. Thanks guys!

It's a great image, but what happened to the bird? Or is that a whole new story.
