The one on the right seems darker to me, which fits in better with the concept (IMHO).

Mahray, Yes the right hand one has the torches outside dimmed more, I did try dimming the ones inside the arch, I'll have to do that even more I think. Thanks. ysvry, It's without shadow because Bryce didn't PUT any shadow in, I've been trying to solve that problem without success. In a finished image I'd have to do what I did with the first arch doggie image (in another thread) and use postwork, if I can't solve it at all. (I was immensly chuffed to notice that some people thought that post worked shadow was a Bryce one - I must be getting good!) Of course they told me to change it, so maybe it wasn't as good as all that after all... Oh well... on we go. Fran
