Subject: Download problem

Hi
I just purchased "The Apartment" by Stringy @$9.95. I attempted to download it, but due to problems with my web browser process did not complete successfully. After the second unsucessfull attempt I was informed that the download limit was reached and "Download" link disapperaed. Can you please reset download count for that item?
