Looks good, be interested in getting this figure, I think he's too black though, while it's better for the Ninja from the stealth situation I would recommend a dark blue costume so that he is seen in shadow when a picture is rendered, otherwise images could turn into a 'spot the Ninja' competition. Good work. Jody

Very nice! The arrows and stuff look pretty interesting too, so agree with the coloration idea. Or even perhaps he/she are in their 'dress' Ninga uniform :) Some Blood Red designs or something similar is allowed as long as you site creative license :) The shiny black effect on the belt is also a pretty cool effect that might work for other parts. Course, as soon as you do that, some realist will say "shouldn't they be black to hide better?" Can't win I don't think, but that's what creative license is for. After all, if you took a real picture of a real Ninga and you could actually see them in the photo, then they must not have got very good mark's in hiding class. :) Kind of like trying to make a realistic rendering of the invisible man. I put a Shakken Shield and a Dagger prop in the free stuff area. just search for dke. With a bit of re-scaling they might work. I've also been working on some methods for 'wrapping' meshes around existing models, so might be able to create a head band or some other cloth wrappings for the head if you were interested. Just have to be careful not to make him look too much like a Mummy :) just email me if you're interested.

The wrapping thing is something I've been playing with for trying to make clothes to fit existing Poser figures. I made a few things for the P3 girl but just been playing really. Made a little headband for the P3 girl, but couldn't really think of a reason why anyone would want such a simple thing. Had been thinking along the lines of veils and such, but after seeing your message started thinking along the Ninga lines. Will email with the info.

From someone who was a dedicated ninja freak 15 years ago (damn i'm gettin old), all I can see changing would be the sword to something that looks Japanese (and a better mask)... I personally would love to have a good model of a katana, seen a few out there but the ones i downloaded sure wouldn't fool someone who knows what one really looks like. I remember someone posting a suit of samurai armor and acessories they were working on, but that was back last summer...looked quite good.

I spoke too soon...looked in poser free stuff, object mesh number 68 i believe, an excellent model of a katana! Downloaded and checked it out, has textures to go with it.
